We use your information to schedule and provide services, send appointment reminders and confirmations, follow up after treatment, respond to your questions, process payments, maintain your medical record as required by law, and — where you have separately agreed — send you information about our services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the practice — such as our electronic medical record system, payment processor, and scheduling software — and only to the extent necessary for them to perform those services. Lumera Wellness provides aesthetic and wellness services performed by a licensed Registered Nurse under physician-delegated protocols. Information on this site is general in nature and is not medical advice. It does not create a provider-patient relationship. All treatments require an in-person evaluation and written informed consent.
Individual results vary. No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed. Fees are for services rendered, not for a particular result.
A deposit may be required to reserve certain appointments and is applied to the cost of your treatment. We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours and missed appointments forfeit the deposit. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require shortening or rescheduling your appointment.
Payment is due at the time of service. Packages and prepaid series are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.
